What “pipe dream” are you holding back on?
This week I am moving, bringing to reality my pipe dream of living and coaching in New Mexico. I am so deeply grateful to be receiving a lavish outpouring of support that Goethe talked about long ago:
“Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back – concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth that ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans:
that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way.
Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.”
What new perspective, what new world wants
to be born through you? Let’s take the time to
sip a cup of tea together and allow your “pipe
dream” to come into focus and then into reality.
I will be happy to share some of the miraculous details after I’ve gotten settled into my wonderful casita . . .
May I just say right now that I deeply desire this for you, too! How can I support you in stepping off the cliff to find out that you can fly?
Post your comments, insights and progress below.

Mary, thank you for the acknowledgement. Now that I’ve lived in New Mexico for 9 months, I’m glad I didn’t over think it before moving here. It’s a BIG deal to move to a new state alone. I’m so glad I did it and I have to be super gentle with myself as I navigate all of the change!
Your bravery inspires me, Ann,
