Vulnerability: A Cornerstone for Your Thriving Work

Last week I watched a powerful TED Talk, a 20-minute video by Brene Brown, about whole-heartedness and vulnerability.  I’ve since watched it again and haven’t been able to get it out of my mind.  

For those of us in the business of helping people create their best lives and best work, the most powerful thing we can do ourselves involves fully engaging in the messy process of creating our own best lives and work for ourselves, too.  Which requires vulnerability.  Which makes most of us squirm.

Take a deep breath, give yourself permission to squirm and gift yourself 20 minutes to watch this powerful video:
